I'm getting this error when trying to update:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=SDKProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Retry another mirror
Problems downloading artifact: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.platform,3.7.2.v201202080800.
File has invalid content:C:\Users\Whiting\AppData\Local\Temp\signatureFile9117364861390963275.jar
Invalid content:platform.jar
The file "platform.jar" in the jar "C:\Users\Whiting\AppData\Local\Temp\signatureFile9117364861390963275.jar" has been tampered!

Any solution you know of?

As far as I know, it's a problem with Java 7:
