Hi
It seems no different in the 19-March 0.10 N-build. (I'm using an M6(a)
EMF).
The pop-up appears when saving the profile but niot when loading its
coinsumer.
The Refresh icon is greyed out, but the profile can be manually applied
(again).
Regards
Ed

Ed,
The dialog appears when the profile has been reapplied and reloaded (i.e. you have to reopen the diagram on which the profile is applied for the dialog to open).
If the dialog doesn't appear and the refresh button is disabled, then the profile definition has not changed. Maybe the profile definition actually failed when you defined the profile?
I'm also using the latest M6 builds (Actually, the ones published in releases/staging, which means at least one aggregation build needs to run before I can update), and the Papyrus nightly builds. I will check that properly tomorrow, when building Papyrus M6.
