I'm not sure what would cause that. I don't normally work on windows this
way but, when I tried, I couldn't reproduce this. What level of RSE were
you using?

Hi Zachary,
1) I wouldn't expect this in any scenario. Since we test on unix systems,
I'd expect HP-UX to be in better shape. I'm assume you're using dstore for
the windows tests - note there are also other ways to connect to unix, like
via SSH or FTP.
2) If you're using dstore, then you have to put the server jars and scripts
on the host machine. If you have admin access, then you can start the RSE
dstore daemon (i.e. daemon.pl). If not, then you may have to either connect
manually (by starting server.sh and connecting to the appropriate port) or
by using the REXEC option of starting the server. If you're not using SSH,
then you can connect via whatever SSH daemon is running and it's a similar
story for FTP.
