What is the problem? You refer to a problem but don't indicate what it is.

Do you mean that you weren't using the Papyrus editor, before? Were
you just editing the XML in a text editor?
Anyways, it seems that you have gotten past the "Invalid Profile" error
on save, so that's good.

What list? Do you mean that you want a property that is a list of
strings? That's a property of type String with an upperBound greater
than one. A typical unbounded multiplicity is [0..*].
Or is it a problem of knowing where the String type is defined? It's
in the same place that you found the Integer type: the UML Primitive
Types library model. A new Papyrus profile imports the UML Primitive
Types for you if you used the suggested template when creating the
profile, so it should be available in the property sheet for you
stereotype property. If you don't have the primitive types imported in
your profile, then you can fix that using the "Import Registered
Package" action in the context menu of the profile in the Model
Explorer.
