Hi,
I am looking for the name of the feature with ID=org.eclipse.wst.ws_ui.feature and update site that contributes this feature. I hope the ID is enough to answer my query.

Its name is "Web Services Tools" and is in at least the webtools
project/repo:
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/repository/juno
For, me I found it by unchecking "group items by category" and typing
"Web Services" in the "type filter text" field. That narrowed it down to
6 or so, and could then look in "more..." to see the actual ID, where it
lists the IU id, not the feature id, so it says
org.eclipse.wst.ws_ui.feature.feature.group
instead of
org.eclipse.wst.ws_ui.feature
But, that's pretty likely what you want?
