I always prefer coding with notepad, it is so simple and clear. Just want to know is that possible to set eclipse editor (typing interface) with notepad style. Just black and white. (No color font, auto complete, ident..).

Really?!

The various Eclipse editors, especially the one for Java, are extremely
helpful in the least and they work as well as Notepad in terms of just
allowing you to type in them. If you don't want help when they offer it,
then just ignore what they offer by hitting ESC, etc.

Give them a second chance: you're short-changing yourself.
