Hi Walter,
for me it's look like a Google map JS problem. Can you provide a RAP
standalone snippet (without Google map) that demonstrate the wrong mouse
coordinates problem in IE?

Ivan, you are right, it is a bug in Google Map JS.
The workaround as mentioned in the Google site

is to add
