Hello rap team,

I plan to use ImageLoader and ImageData. Why did you put them to
internal zone?

ImageData and related classes were only included to enable image
decorators. We did not yet investigate what side effects an alienated
use of these classes might have, thus we didn't make it public API.

Feel free to open an enhancement request if you have a use case for it.
