First, sorry for my english.
I've configured eclipse for using CSV Edit notification with the follows parameters:

Under Window -> Preferences -> Team -> CVS -> Watch\Edit:

1-Configure projects to use Watch/Edit on checkout (ON)
2-Send a CVS edit notification to the server (ON)
3-Only prompt if there are other editors
4-Prompt to update if out to date

Under Project -> Properties -> CVS:

1-Enable CVS watch/edit for this project

I'm interesting in use CVS edit only for notification about concurrent modification of the same CVS resource on the same branch trunk.

All work fine until I start a branch (B_1_1) from the main trunck

Scenario: developer A start to work on a resource (x.java for example) in HEAD trunk.
After, developer B try to work with the same resource, but in the branch trunk: developer B receive a notification that the same resource is in use of another editors, though there is not any possible conflict in CVS commit.

I hope proper CVS edit behavoir was to distinguish from editint resource in different trunk

Can anyone clarify me about this point ?

I'm using Eclipse Indigo Service Release 2
CVS Server is a CVSNT server
