IE8 SVG Graph tooltip cut off [message #930922]

Hello,

We are using SVG to plot our graphs. When testing using IE8 32 bits with Adobe SVG View 3.0, we found the following facts

1. If zoom 100%, the entire tooltip is visible (see screenshot #1)
2. If zoom in or out, the tooltip position is unpredictable, and could be cut off (see screenshot #2).

Do you have any idea how to handle IE zoom in and out?
