When I try to start Eclipse, I get the message in the attached screen capture.

How do I fix it?

so what is the bit-ness of your java? Your Eclipse is 32bit.

How do I determine "bit-ness"? (Good word!)

And is it possible to get a 64-bit version of Eclipse? I downloaded and installed from eclipse-SDK-4.2-win32-x86_64.zip.

Just ensure that you're using a 32-bit JRE with a 32-bit Eclipse or a
64-bit JRE with a 64-bit Eclipse. That yours are mismatched seems
probably based on what you've revealed.
