This is an interesting idea. However, this isn't the right forum (I can
understand how the name "proposals" might be a bit misleading).
The best way to make this sort of recommendation is to open a bug
against Eclipse/Platform [1]. Or you can make the suggestion in the
eclipse.platform forum [2].
