I am getting a run time error when executing my plug-in application.

org.eclipse.core.runtime - org.eclipse.ui - 4 - The Proxied handler for 'com.handlers.DialogHandler' could not be loaded

org.eclipse.core.runtime - org.eclipse.ui - 0 - The Proxied handler for 'com.handlers.DialogHandler' could not be loaded

org.eclipse.core.runtime.CoreException: Plug-in com.handlers was unable to load class com.handlers.DialogHandler.
