The IBM User Experience team is looking for big data developers who work in the Eclipse environment to participate in a usability test for BigInsights. Participants should have some familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop and Oozie.

During the usability session, participants will be creating an application using scripts IBM will provide, and then deploying it onto a test cluster. The usability team will ask for feedback on this tooling compared to how participants currently complete the work.

The sessions will be held August 6-10. Pay is $75/hour for non-IBM employees located in the United States or Canada. The session will be approximately 1.5 hours in length. Participation will be done remotely through webconference or teleconference, and we can work to accommodate your schedule.

For further consideration in the session, please contact Laura Fowler at lauraf@us.ibm.com.
