How to add HTML attributes in BIRT [message #896882] Fri, 20 July 2012 05:24 Go to next message

Hi,

I know the id attribute can be generated using bookmark property ,
but can we also set up in the BIRT designer the HTML "class" attribute , "name" attribute, etc., or even a custom attribute? Primarily i would like to use these attributes as javascript selectors, to add generic interactivity features in all my reports.

thanks

I have not tried the class attribute, but you can most html statements
in the text element. Just make sure to set its type to html. I have
done this for inline styles before.
