Hello everybody ... i download eclipse ide for java developers...and i add some things for android because i want to start app developing... and when i go file /new project i cant find android project i go to other android but nothing ...some help someone can tell me the steps to start again ...

You'll want to find an Android developers forum for help. Eclipse
doesn't support Android.

It's more like Eclipse doesn't provide the tools for Android. There's a sticky note at the top of the web forum with links to Android resources.
