Hi,

We are trying to render BIRT Charts to our RCP Application on Expeditor and Need to Install BIRT Chart Framework 3.7.0 and Dependant Features (See Attachment).

Now this works fine from the BIRT Update Site that I downloaded as part of the BIRT All In one 3.7. Now the issue with this approach is

1) There are common plugins installed as part of the dependancies that our Expeditor Installation already has and this might conflict with other applications.

For this reason we tried to create our own update siteby modifying the feature.xml to exclude common plufins but when trying to install the features this way it gives a SignatureException and that is because the BIRT Plugins are Signed. see attachment

Is there any way BIRT/Eclipse can provide Unsigned Version of the BIRT Plugins so we can create a Custom Update site based on our requirements.

Thanks,
Vinay

Vinay

Can you open a bugzilla request for this feature.

Jason
