Hi

Hudson ver. 2.2.1 (on Linux)

We notice that we can't stop running job when in viewing console output page.
Progress bar keeps spinning when the build job fails; Hudson doesn't respond after that; looks like it hangs

Workaround is to restart Web Server - which is not practical, given that we have to debug our unstable builds at this time.

Any reason you could see why we're facing this problem.
Any steps for us to configure to achieve maximum Hudson performance ?

Thanks

What plugins do you have installed? Maybe there is an issue with a certain plugin that is trying to report but is taking a little longer than expected.
