[TPTP + AGR] Recorder does not work on SLES SUSE 10 [message #116791] Wed, 31 October 2007 06:24 Go to next message

I am not sure if this is supported but here is what i am doing:

a) Download Flex Builder Linux (an Eclipse Plugin Project) from
http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flex/flexbuilder_linux/ and install
it in Eclipse TPTP (all in one)
b) Downloaded AGR 4.4 from technology preview section
c) Create a new plugin project in eclipse
d) Create a new AGR Testsuite
e) Start the recorder
f) File->New->Flex Project in eclipse, The dialog comes up but becomes
modal (i.e., i cant perform any action on the dialog, say enter project
name, click next button etc.) I can move the dialog though!!
g) When i terminate the recorder, it highlights my dialog back again
normal and generates some macro (till the dialog open time)

Can you please help me with this?

Please see this is an issue in SLES SUSE 10 but the same thing works
fine in RHEL WS 4.

Looks like the same thing happens on Ubuntu as well. Can some one help??

I just figured out that, leave alone Flex Builder, it does not record
Java Perspective, creation of a new java project in both SUSE And ubuntu..


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
