(The list of installed Plug-Ins lists the Visual Editor installed

I don't know where to find any help, I searched Google but all information
I found was that it often does not work.

Sorry, I can't go on with Eclipse, I've given up.
I wanted to give Eclipse a chance, I already developed with Oracle's
JDeveloper, but I was not successful.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I deleted all of the VE stuff und updated again through the update option.

Now it works fine. Great!!

I think the Visual Editor should be packaged together with Eclipse by
default.
