In the latest build (0.8.0 I200803310559 and the S-build I will do later today) of Teneo the value
of the PersistenceOptions.JOIN_TABLE_FOR_NON_CONTAINED_ASSOCIATIONS option has been changed from
false to true. This means that for non-containment associations now automatically always a join
table is created. This setting is safer when new users try out Teneo for their own model(s).

For backward compatible behavior this option should be set to false explicitly before initializing
the datastore.
