Hi Marton,
here are some answers for your questions:
2. Setup a Gyrex cluster
in the gyrex wiki you'll find a screen cast showing, how easy it is to setup a gyrex cluster wiki.eclipse.org/Gyrex/ClusterTutorial
3. External ZooKeeper
when you want to use an external ZooKeeper for cluster coordination, you just need to connect every gyrex instance to it:
Please go to the gyrex admin ui at localhost:3110 and select the CLoud section from the left hand menu,
Below the node id you'll find the Membership information with a connect link,
please press the connect link and enter the ip address and port of your ZooKeeper Machine,
If you don't provide a port, it will use the ZooKeeper standard port 2181
On the other two questions I'll come back to you later,
I hope the answers help you out for the moment,
best regards
Andreas

There is no default user/password. Currently, only key-based
authentication is available. You need to create an authorized keys file.
Any user name will do. The OSGi Console doesn't have a permission/roles
concept at the moment.
I've updated the admin guide at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Gyrex/Administrator_Guide/Console

Andreas already posted the link to the screencast. Let me know if that
is sufficient or you need more info.

Not yet. Contributions are welcome. :)
