I am trying to do the IBM tutorial (Build a Web service using the Eclipse
Web Tools Platform -

I am using Eclipse Web Tools Platform (WTP)
wtp-eclipse-emf-gef-jem-sdk-1.0M4.zip,
EMF 2.0 SDK ,
GEF 3.0 SDK ,
JEM SDK ,
The J2SE Development Kit (JDK).

When I open eclipse and open: File > New > Project
There is no option for a Dynamic Web Project.

What allows me to make a dynamic web project?
Where can I get it?
