Equinox Console: Tab Completion and History? [message #855926]

When running an Equinox console with Gogo from within Eclipse, features like history and and tab completion do not work. Is there any way to enable these two features?

According to http://eclipse.org/equinox/incubator/console/user-doc.php tab completion is working when connecting via telnet or ssh. Is that still true?

The manual does not say anything about history. What's needed to make history function work?

A few hints on this would be great. Thanks.

Yes, completion is working only with telnet and ssh. This is true for history too. Should be added to the manual.

Thanks. It would be great to have these features in the 'interactive' console too one day.
