expand the functionality provided in the GMF Tutorial by adding the ability
for the user to do a right click on the diagram page and having the option
to add a new Resource (with no connection to a Topic), this is similar to

palette as suggested in the Configuring and Extending the Diagram Palette
Tutorial on the GMF Help, can't find in my Mindmap Code where the actions
for each new option (e.g.: Topic, Resource, Sub-Topic, etc...) is
implemented.
I see that MindmapPaletteProvider is the provider for the functionality,
however I do not see any code for what should happen when the user click on
something... Am I looking at the right place ?
