Does Jubula support applications that are written with Eclipse 3.7.

If they do we can't get the start 'observation mode' to appear when Jububla opens the application up. We added the rcp plugin to the plugin directory under our application, and use 'rcp' mode for the AUT.

steps
Create new project
specify a new aut with rcp toolkit
unzip rcp-support.zip
took .jar and added to my programs plugins folder
started autagent
connect aut to autagent
jubula loads my application
the 'observation mode' is still greyed out and the progress says that aut is opening application even though the application is already open

Thanks,
Ryan

Hi,

The problem is that your AUT is not registering itself correctly. Have a look in the documentation here for further steps that are sometimes necessary to set up an RCP AUT.

HTH,
Alex

Hello,

i can update this post because i currently have the same problem. Indeed, when i run the application i want to test, the Start Observation Mode icon stay greyed. I followed the documentation i have found and i added this line at the end of osgi.bundle : org.eclipse.jubula.rc.rcp
After that, i have nothing more than what i had before. Can you help me ?

Thanks a lot.
