Hi,

the Event Admin Service can dispatch events asynchronous. I tried to find the amount of threads used for that, but so far the service used only one thread. Is it possible to configure the service to use a user-defined thread pool strategy?

The short answer is, unfortunately, no.

That's sad. This limitation makes the service nearly useless. It seems the Apache Felix version already supports a thread pool.

Most likely I have to implement my own version of the service Sad
