Eclipse RCP - How to show web browser preferences in preference dialog if it is not there [message #818816]

I have created RCP application. I have added a preferences dialog to application using "org.eclipse.ui.window.preferences" command.

But There is no default Web Browser node under General tab in preferences dialog.
Any idea why this happened? If its not there, then how to add it?
