Mark,
Are you using the zend debugger? Are use relying on Apache or IIS to
provide the web support?
I'm using IIS but had to get an extra file from the full Zend php package
to get things to work (php5isapi.dll). Just curious how others got things
to work.

Hi Frank. I'm using the XDebug debugger with XAMPP. It took some work and
experimenting, but I think I've got both the 32-bit all in one and the
64-bit Eclipse versions working on Vista. The main trick was to use an
older Xdebug version, since the newer ones seem to cause the Apache
service to crash. I'm using the file php_xdebug-2.0.0-5.2.2.dll.
If anyone is interested, we have detailed instructions for setting up
Eclipse in the Joomla! wiki here:
http://docs.joomla.org/Setting_up_your_workstation_for_Jooml a!_development.
The instructions include setting up Eclipse / PDT, XDebug, and Subversion.
There are some steps specific to Joomla!, but the document is generally
applicable to any PDT user, I think.
Thanks. Mark
