I do not think internal bookmarks are supported in PPT format.

Neil,
I believe this could be done by modifying the ppt emitter, but short of
that I do not see a way. I have not tried this with the tribix emitter.
That may be worth a try. Internal bookmarks in ppt are a little
different in that they link to a slide number, but using the apis you
could get a page number of a bookmark.
