How to disable key binding command menu pop up [message #799097]

My multipage editor has two pages one for tree based view and other for source view.
I have enabled DELETE key binding to delete the tree nodes of design view.But When the key pressed there appears pop up and ask Delete or MyDelete.I guess one is default DELETE so what wanted to do is disable this popup.while default DELETE action enable in the source view.
