Where is org.eclipse.emf.teneo.util.SQLCaseStrategy gone?
(We use public String convert(String name).)

It has moved to org.eclipse.emf.teneo.mapping.strategy (and its impl subpackage) and has been
renamed SQLNameStrategy. Please also see the extensions page on the elver.org website and the
release post I posted one-two weeks back.
