Hi everyone

I installed a Frutiger font (by Linotype) on my Windows 7 system in order to use it in a BIRT report. After restarting Eclipse, the font appeared in the drop-down menu. I can also apply to font to a text element in the editor and the font changes accordingly in the editor. However, when I generate a PDF document, the font is not embedded in the PDF and replaced with Times. The strange thing is that other fonts are automatically embedded while the Frutiger font I want to use is not.

It's a Microsoft True Type font with font embedding level "Print and preview".

Any ideas how I can use the font in my report?

Can you deploy the report in the Web Viewer on a local tomcat install
and set the log level in the web.xml to FINE and look for any warnings?
