Eclipse 4.2 and No Server Tab [message #775385]

I have installed 4.2 and when I run it there is no "server tab". I have gone to Window / Show View and no Servers are in the list there either.

Any ideas?

4.2 is the eclipse SDK. What did you install on top of that to get a Server's tab? Are the plugins you installed listed in Help>About>Installation Details>Plugins?
