You have to go to Preferences/General/Content Types , Click on "Model
File" & add *.itv" as a file association.

Hi Bernd !
The emf comparison will be launched if you add the "*.itv" extension in
the "Model File" content-type. You can do that with the preference pannel
in "General" then "Content types".
Do not hesitate to give feedback through this newsgroup.
