SUGGESTION for developing a download widget with progress bar and an upload widget for RAP.

I used the upload widget from Incubator, but it is not a standard widget and looks freak。I suggest to develop a standard upload and download widget fro RAP.

your contributions are welcome! Are you aware that the upload widget
from the incubator was replaced with a more general solution in 1.4 [1]?

Regarding the download widget, there is an open enhancement request:
331157: Provide download widget

Maybe you want to share your ideas/code there.
