My eclipse (3.6.1) starts up and runs just fine, but when I click on "help contents" from the help menu, I get the "This program cannot display the webpage" error in the resulting window. I have tried all three help options in preferences (include local help only, include remote help and give local help priority, include remote help and give it priority), but I get the same result.

I am running this on a windoze XP SP3 machine, with jdk1.6.0_22. The rest of eclipse works just fine--it's just the help that is broken.

My apologies if this issue has been addressed elsewhere--I couldn't find any information after several different searches.
