Shotcut Shift + F2 (PHP Manual) not working [message #755213] Mon, 07 November 2011 12:05 Go to next message
Eclipse UserFriend
Hallo everyone,
I'm very new in the Forum.
I develop in PHP and I started using the Eclipse PDT.
I installed the Helios Service Release 2 (Build id : 20110218-0911) on Windows 7 and I'm locally using the Free edition of Zend Server (the Community edition).
Everything is working but the PHP Manual inside the editor.
I discovered the possibility (because I saw it on a colleague's machine) to open the PHP Manual with the topic of what I'm pointing with my cursor with the shortcut "Shift + F2" ... but on my Eclipse it does not work.
I already checked The "Windows/Preferences/PHP/PHP Manual" option and I've got "php.net" set there.
I also checked the Key Assist (Ctrl + Shift + L) and on the command "Open Manual" I've got the Binding combination "Shift + F2".
Eaven so ... it does not work.
Is there someone that can help on this.

Thanks a lot.

Eclipse UserFriend
right click on the project,
menu: configure->add php support
see if that helps
