Welcome! I hope we can help.
So, had you somehow not saved the edits made in Eclipse and so they're
not in the filesystem? The project isn't committed to Subversion or
another version-control system? This seems pretty unlikely to me. What
is this "recovery point"? Windows system recovery? File system is
missing your files or edits? If the latter, there's precious little
Eclipse will do to help.
Maybe you could add some more detail to your explanation.
