How it's possible, that PDT 1.0.5 is still under development and why ? when PDT 2.0.0 is
here in short time ?

and only one thing, where can I find changes in PDT 1.0.5 becuase in
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/ isn't PDT 1.0.5 version ?

It's not uncommon to have maintenance fixes of older versions. WTP
still makes maintenance releases of WTP 1.5.x available from time to
time as adopters request it, even though the most current version is
3.0.x. Adopters migrate at different stages so, maintenance releases
are needed.
I belive the big change from 1.0.3 to 1.0.5 is to get it to work on
Eclipse 3.4 which 1.0.3 wouldn't do...I suspect there are other minor
fixes as well.
I know that PDT is working on an official release of 1.0.5 in the next
couple of weeks along with PDT 2.0.
