First, congrats on joining Eclipse.

I did read elsewhere that a JavaScript ide was built with IMP.
Is this publicly available?
Cordially

Not at present. I don't personally write any JavaScript these days, but I'd
guess there are better JavaScript IDEs for Eclipse out there now. The one that
we've mentioned in our talks was done by a team at IBM Tokyo Research Lab. As
I understand it, it was done mostly to host some tools based on static analysis
of JavaScript that they were writing, and wasn't really intended as a robust,
production-quality IDE. We mention it because JavaScript is actually quite
different from other languages for which we've built support using IMP, and
because their team was very pleased with how quickly they got their IDE up and
running using IMP.
