Terminate the C++ program error [message #72686]

I wrote a class to launch the C++ program. It works for launching. If I
wanto to teminate it when it is still running, I got an error. I got the
ILaunch object when I created it and then I used this object to terminate
the program. I got error. I used the same method to do in java program,
it works and an error occured in C++ program.
