How to create a help system like eclipse help contents? [message #69746]

In the eclipse help there is an entry "Online Help Sample" which
describes what you have to do.

I'm not sure, if that was there already initially. I think it came with
the eclipse-PDE-SDK (the "Eclipse Plugin Development Environment SDK),
but if you develop plugins you should have that SDK installed anyway...
