I am using Eclipse Helios and MySQL connector 5.1.15.

I can successfully connect to my database, do queries with "SQL Scrapbook" in the "Data Source Explorer" - but I can't browse my schemas (can't see my tables, views, etc).

Neither in Data Source Explorer nor, for example, in "JPA Tools" -> "Generate entities from tables", etc.

What am I doing wrong?

I suspect MySQL suffers from the same issue most of the enablement projects do. Nobody maintains them any more.

Go ahead and report a bug and we'll see if anybody can work on it. If you have time to look into it, I suspect it's in the catalog loader code i n the MySQL enablement projects and one of the queries will need to be changed to support whatever changed between the JDBC driver and the database version.
