I'm attempting to create a jar file from a project that has a derby DB. However, when I run the jar file it is not able to connect to the DB. I'm assuming that the server does not start up automatically, but I don't want to manually start it up or have it running all the time. Is there something I can do to have it start up every time I run the jar file? Thanks for your help.
