Error opening XML editor [message #66528]

I get an error message when I try to open a XML editor. This XML file as
no schema.
I get a popup error: "An error has occurred when creating this editor"

I'm using eclipse 3.1M4.

This error comes 'cause the eclipse doesn't correctly identify the file
as an xml file... click right on the file -> open with -> TextEditor and
it should work... after the first time eclipse should correctly identify
the file...
On my engine this happened with application.xml prior to installing the
webtools... after the install application.xml got a schemata xsd file etc...
