what the relations between the two kinds of jgit?

spearce is a branch of jgit master?

can applications importing spearce.gjit.* transfer to apps using jgit?

If you mean the jgit-repository of the github account spearce, reachable at github.com/spearce/jgit, then it is a fork of the official jgit-repository made by Shawn Pearce, for his own changes. But as i see, it is very outdated, so you should always clone the official jgit repository at http://egit.eclipse.org/jgit.git
