Hi Peter,
if you are using RAP target platform 1.4 Mx with Eclipse 3.6.x this
message is normal. The latest Eclipse version is 3.7 M6. About your
problem with ECF, I still don't understand how do you compose your
target and how the "ECF plugins disappear".
