Hi Hussein,
RAP doesn't have special requirements. You can take the Tomcat
requirements as a base. Hope this helps.

Regards Holger

thx Holger for your Answer,

i meant for Every Session how Much Heap is needed or How much Memory is requiered?
I tested a small proto type, deployed on a Tomcat 6 Server, with Java VisualVM.
the question is: if the Pruduct is Bigger would it make a huge difference?

Regards,
Hussein

Hi Hussein,

the memory footprint depends a lot on your application (like how many
widgets, how many session-specific data do you keep in memory, do you use
the workbench or plain SWT etc.), so it's hard to come up with concrete
figures. From my experience, simple applications require something in the
way of 100..200 MB + 1..2 MB per active session. As I said, your mileage
may vary.

Hope this helps,
Ralf
