Hi

What's the recommended way to preconfigure repositories
without recompiling Mylyn or connector packages?

I am looking for a mean to preconfigure repositories with
extension points or a fragment so that people using our
in-house Eclipse distribution don't need to configure our
repos manually.

I looked at all extension points that are mylyn related
and did not find any obvious solution (well, documentation
in the extension point definitions is rather sparse).

BTW: we use Bugzilla, Jira a self written connector.

Take a look at the repository templates extension for the Eclipse.org
Bugzilla in org.eclipse.mylyn.bugzilla.ide:
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/viewvc.cgi/org.eclipse.mylyn. contexts/org.eclipse.mylyn.bugzilla.ide/plugin.xml?view=mark up&root=Mylyn_Project

This works in the same way for other repository types such as JIRA as well.
